Did we make a mistake with your order? If so we will correct it. If you have any questions or find a problem with your order, please contact our store via phone at (908)-272-8171 or via e-mail at CustomerService@NJWineSeller.com. NJWineSeller.com will answer any questions and work with you to quickly correct any problems.
If necessary, we will arrange with you to have the items in question returned to us for inspection. Once we receive the returned package, we will inspect the contents and then send out a replacement package to you at our cost. For this reason, it is vital that you let us know of any error immediately to ensure the fastest delivery of your new shipment.
Did you find a problem with any of the products you purchased?
If you wish to return your wine for any other reason you may do so. Please repack the wine and send it to “NJWineSeller.com, Attn: Returns, 398-400 US 22 (west), Green Brook Township NJ 08812” Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with the package. Please note: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Please note, any problems with the receipt of your package must be called in to us within 30 days of the delivery date! If you suspect the bottle is bad, please just put the cork back in the wine leaving the contents of the wine in the bottle. We can’t take back empty bottles!
